How plant operator training works in Aberdeen
There is no fixed training centre. The instructor comes to your yard, depot or site, so candidates are trained and assessed on the machines, attachments and ground conditions they will actually work with.
Start by telling us the machines, the number of operators and whether each person is a novice or needs a refresher. The course is then built around that mix, and the practical assessment happens on your equipment.
