We re-coach on the spot where possible and re-assess; if the gap is bigger we plan a short repeat block rather than a full re-run.

Sub-contractor competence records arrive incomplete — principals reject sub-contractor plant operators on day one. We build the assessment day around that failure mode rather than a generic syllabus, so the evidence you get back answers the question your auditor actually asks.

Will our North-East Scotland site suit on-site delivery?

North-East Scotland sites are mostly new-build commercial units, estate workshops, civils compounds, which suits on-site delivery well — we need a safe practical area, a room or cabin for theory, and access for our vehicle off the A93.

How long does construction training take?

For refresher cohorts most operators clear inside a day; novice candidates need longer. We plan duration around your team's prior experience, not a default course length.

Can you build a fleet schedule across multiple yards?

Yes. We cohort across yards in the same week so the same standard is evidenced fleet-wide and refresher windows line up.
