We've delivered renewables training across North-East Scotland for refresher every 3 years; project-mobilisation cohorts in spring.. The pattern is consistent: Track-access compounds reject any operator whose ticket photo doesn't match — fast turnaround on replacement certificates is the bottleneck. On-site delivery on your equipment, with refresher cycles planned into your operation, is the cure.

- 25 road miles from our Aboyne (AB34) base, ~40 mins via A96. Short travel is why single-operator cohorts in North-East Scotland are still economic for us to run.
- When should we book the next renewables training cohort?
- Refresher every 3 years; project-mobilisation cohorts in spring.. For renewables operations we usually plan the cohort into the quiet part of your cycle so production isn't the thing that delays competence.
- Can novice and refresher run in the same cohort?
- Yes. We run mixed cohorts routinely — the instructor splits the day so novice candidates aren't slowed by refresher assessment.
- Do you cover sites near North-East Scotland?
- Yes — the same instructors cover the surrounding NE Scotland area weekly from Aboyne, so adjacent-yard cohorts add little to no travel cost.
