Load-chart & stability considerations
A reach truck's stability envelope narrows as the forks extend and the mast rises — the truck is only stable within its rated load/height/reach combination shown on the data plate, and unlike a counterbalance truck it relies on the legs straddling the load rather than rear weight. We train operators to recognise how quickly capacity drops at full reach and full height, and why racking-beam contact at height is far more dangerous than the same contact at ground level.

No — reach trucks have different stability and mast characteristics and require their own accredited category, even for an experienced counterbalance operator.
What racking height can you train up to?
We train on whatever your live racking layout is, typically up to 8–10m in cold-store and distribution settings — training is always matched to your actual warehouse, not a generic test rig.
